1.)
Download sharetaker.exe (you may check it with a scanner)
2.a)
Copy sharetaker.exe in folder of your choice
2.b) Don't copy it into your incoming folder or
onto the desktop !
3.)
select Care-Time in menu
4.)
locate your incoming network folder
5.a)
locate a secure folder
5.b) must be different from your incoming folder
5.c) select filetypes ( if needed )
6.)
Press Start button
From
now on, every time the care timer reachs zero, the selected
filetypes will be moved or copied, depends on your choice,
from your network folder to a secure one.
NEW
! We have a new option under Tools. With 'Generate file' have
the ability to generate files with any name and any size !
Very useful to hide your own files between them or if you
need some upload files for *erm* ratio issues and miss some
GB ;). Minimum length of these fake files are 128 Bytes up
to 2GB, i guess, this is enough... :D
Transparency:
No registry entries. Sharetaker save a config file with folder
information about your choosen folders after you quit the
programm, that's all.
Warning:
Be very carefull: Sharetaker will move or copy any files (not
subfolders or files located at subfolders) to the folder you
have chosen as the secure one. If you copy your windows system
folder anywhere, you did it, not me ¦-) ...
Files with same names reside inside your secure folder will
be overwritten by the files from your selected incoming network
folder if they have the same size. If size is different, Sharetaker
will add a prefix like "C_" for copy to the copied/moved
files.
If coping was succesfull and you selected move, the copied
files will be deleted in your choosen Source folder.
Network access and storage is also possible, just make sure,
you have the rights for the read/write operation on the network
system you try to access. You are not invisible or increase
your anonymity with this software, Sharetaker only moves files
of your choice to get them out of access from anyone for first.
To increase security and avoid a fast detection, you were
able to generate some files to hide your private informations
between them.
